We had worked with Kim Idel with the Joyce Bremer group. We had previously worked with Kim two or so years ago when we were looking for flip houses, which turned into just houses for us and we couldn't make anything happen at that time due to our personal situation. She was very pleasant and personable then and we knew this time around that we wouldn't want to deal with anyone but Kim. She had given us her advice and guidance as we are first time buyers, and we knew that she needed to be our realtor. This time around we may have looked at at least 3-4 houses, and about 2 or 3 properties. We had gone under contract on one, but the sellers were not willing to come down to a price we needed. Once we found this property Kim was so knowledgeable, and again gave us advice on what she would do based on our financial, personal, and life situation, and she made sure she was available for any questions we had, which included multiple 3-way phone calls as my husband was out of town A LOT. I would not work with anyone else but Kim Idel. She is the epitome of everything you want your realtor to be.
