Joyce Bremer made a great first impression with my wife and I, which provided an immediate trust in her knowledge and skills. We were moving from LA to MO, and therefore were not in town at all times. Joyce was very accommodating of our schedules and dealing electronically was essential to getting things done. Joyce stayed in contact with us, many times just checking in on us. There were a couple of instances with the closing which we could not follow through on because we were in the process of moving states...Joyce took it upon herself to ensure that things were done correctly and follow up with the appropriate service providers. Very pleased with the process!! We would definitely use Joyce again!

Needed someone who made Jerry and I both comfortable with the plan to sell the house. Joyce had a great reference from my sister and we instantly felt she knew what we needed and how to get us there. Joyce came in did her walk through and showed us a outline of what we could expect from her and the market. She followed up with a list of suggested repairs or clean ups to enhance our chances of a quick sale. Joyce stayed in touch which at times was hard for her as she was working with us from 4 hours away. With me only having limited access to return hare calls till after 5:30 most days. If I left messages or text she returned them in a acceptable time frame. Joyce was an easy selection for us as she came with great recommendations from family and she made Jerry and I feel comfortable from the start. She asked our expectations and if different than her thoughts on a subject she explained the reason for her line of thinking. Greatly appreciated that and her realizing we needed to sell the house as quickly as possible as we had already moved to a new city. Can't say enough about how easy Joyce was to work with and how helpful. From beginning to end she was fantastic and went above and beyond to stay in contact with us about the house. Michele was great sending us updates and the information for things to finish up on the closing of our house.
