We were dealing with a seller who wanted a lot more than we were willing to offer given the condition of the home and market conditions in September 2022 when homes are starting to sit longer and reduce their prices. In the end we agreed on a price which was in our favor and Joyce handled all the documents flawlessly. She explained all the documents and made it very easy to review and sign. We felt like we were Joyce's one and only customer. Never felt like we had to wait in line for our turn. Very responsive. She answered all our calls and texts quickly in all hours of the day. Joyce also handled communications with our Lender who is not very responsive. Great system for signing documents. We were able to complete them using our smartphones and minimized interruptions to our busy schedule.
