When it comes to making a decision about working with a broker it is important to work with someone you can trust. Joyce Craven has provided an exceptional level of service each and every time that I have worked with her. She goes above and beyond to ensure that questions regarding properties are answered. This is extraordinarily important when it comes time to make a large financial decision like buying a home. Joyce has certainly earned my trust over the last 20+ years of working with her, and I appreciate her more than she can ever know. Everything from executing an offer, counter, inspections, further negotiations and closing was flawless. Joyce ensured that everything was taken care of and that I was fully informed at each step. I can't say enough about the attention to detail that was maintained by her. As a buyer, my mind was put at ease knowing that Joyce would move the process along and ensure that the transaction was smooth as well as sound. Joyce remained available via text or email literally anytime I needed something throughout the buying process. It was a very hot market and she was available to show me listings on day 1 to ensure that I was positioned to make a good offer at all times. She was never once frustrated by the amount of offers we wrote, even when I was. She kept a positive attitude and encouraged me that we would ultimately find the right home.

Joyce Craven was very professional, available and helpful. She took time to do an extra open house at our request. Also checked on our home after showings when we had moved and house was vacant to make sure everything was fine and locked up. Thankful for all her time and help in selling our home

Joyce, is very familiar with the area and a great resource for finding everything around the area. I would recommend Joyce, to anyone who is looking for a home.

Joyce Craven-Themm was so amazing to work with!. Being first time homebuyers the process was really daunting, but Joyce made everything so easy for us! She explained everything to us in a way we could understand, and always made sure that everything was clear. Most of all Joyce’s determination to get us in the right home was our favorite thing about her. She never gave up, and always knew that the right house was out there if we kept looking.

I called Joyce Craven Themm because she was listing a property that I was interested in. She immediately (within 5 minutes) returned my call. She was so knowledgeable about the local market, that I knew I wanted to work with her. My husband and I were not the easiest clients to deal with and yet she never made us feel that way. We asked her to show us properties in all kinds of crazy locations. She gained our trust by her ability to listen and her attention to detail. I have already recommended her to other friends who will be selling soon.

Joyce made the home buying process quick and easy, and was always quick to answer any questions that I had. I would recommend Joyce for any first time home buyer because she walked me through each step of the process and provided detailed, specific instructions for everything that I needed to do.

First time owner. Joyce Craven Themm was really helpful. She found the perfect home for us. She explained with details and made it easy for us to understand

Joyce Craven Themm's actions and personality stood out to me when I very first met her. The first house I looked at was just one I saw online. After I realized that was not the house for me, she listened to what I wanted. The very next house I looked at...I bought. She new exactly what I wanted. I would totally recommend Joyce Craven Themm because she is not only loyal to Century 21, but she is extremely loyal to her clients and she listens to them and understands them. Joyce Craven Themm should be highly recognized for her employment with Century 21. If I ever buy or sell, Joyce Craven Themm will be the first person I will contact.
