I am thankful for Joyce. She has helped me through multiple purchases and sells. Her philosophy is to get to know her clients. She listens. She has an uncanny gift of hearing what you really want even when you can't put it into words. She makes the entire process of finding, buying & selling a home as easy and comfortable as possible.

The presentation Joyce gave was professional and well thought out. She made recommendations based on her experience in the area and current market trends. Joyce made a difficult process easy for us. House sold in 48 hours and all the suggestions Joyce made enabled us to sell the house for more than we expected. Buyer was demanding and had challenges with obtaining their down payment, which prolonged and complicated the closing. Joyce did an excellent job of communicating with us and the buyer and coordinating the addendums and the closing I would strongly recommend Joyce to any of my family or friends.

We purchased our home in Elkhart through Joyce Craven Themm last August and decided to use her to sell my Mom's home in Mishawaka as well, because working with her had been such a pleasant experience. Joyce is friendly, knowledgeable and overall just very easy to work with. She is flexible and responsive to her client's needs and will bend over backwards to resolve concerns or problems when they arise. I am very comfortable recommending Joyce to anyone in need of a realtor.

Joyce Themm was amazing to work with as helpful as could possibly be willing to go the extra mile to me make sure I was happy with my purchase and to make the process as easy as possible I feel like she really goes above and beyond to make the client happy and with that being said I would most definitely use her for a realtor again amazing experience

Joyce unstooded what I was looking for and didn't try to sell me something I didn't what. Joyce was not ever pushing. And when I found the house I wanted she stay in contact with me letting me know what was going on. And the next step.

originally looked at another of her properties ,then found a house we liked online that she did not handle. worked with the Realtor who did and made it work across two different companies. went into the process very nervous but Joyce held our hands and walked us through the whole thing. cant thank her enough
