Like I said earlier, Joyce leased the home to me several years ago. I walked in off the street, new to the area. She treated me like she knew me her whole life. Anytime we called on her for a problem we were having with the house, she got right back with us. Our furnace went our in the middle of winter last year and she even brought her personal electric heater to us to help keep my family warm. I don't plan on buying another house real soon, but when I do I will be talking to Joyce first.
