Joyce was amazing from the first time we met. My husband was very nervous and was struggling to actually make a commitment on a house. Joyce was patient with him, even more so than I was. I wanted a house and I found a few I really liked. My husband said no to the last house Joyce showed us. I was so disappointed because it felt like “THE HOUSE” for us! It was perfect and I loved it. I had to tell Joyce that we weren’t going to go ahead with the house. The next day my husband called Joyce EARLY and told her we wanted the house and could we still get it. Joyce had to work extra hard and call multiple people and she got it done! We got our house and I don’t think any other realtor would have been able to do what she did!
