It was so enjoyable to have Joyce Craven-Themm as my realtor. She is friendly and very knowledgeable about the Middlebury housing market, as well as the whole selling process. She "held my hand" through the process from start to finish and was extremely patient with my ever changing timeline. She also has a network of trustworthy and professional contractors that helped me take care of a couple of last minute discrepancies during the inspection process. I've already recommended her to friends and family and will continue to do so.

Joyce was wonderful! From the first phone call, she made to have an understanding of exactly what we were looking for in our new home. She was in constant communication throughout the process, and even reached out about some remaining repairs after the sale was finalized. She was great at answering all of my questions and never making me feel like a nuisance, even though I was pretty clueless about the whole process!

Joyce was super helpful right from the first phone call. She responded to things in a tie melt manner and is very knowledgeable in her field. Overall she made the home buying experience great start to finish!

Joyce goes above and beyond. She has helped my daughters when they were looking to buy houses. If and when problems would come up, she was there to help and guide us through. Her experience and knowledge helped immensely. When my husband and I wanted to try to buy and resale a house ,she was the only person we thought of. Joyce has been doing this for some time and she will help you get the job done. If you ever need someone, I would definitely recommend her.

When we first met Joyce, she was so welcoming and presented herself in a friendly, approachable, professional manner. As we toured our first home with her, she really spent the extra time to talk with us about what we are looking for and all the details that went into buying our first home. She never made us feel rushed and she was so patient with all of the "first time home buyer" questions we asked her. She was always available for us and there were some days that we saw her everyday for a few days in a row. It never seemed to bother her! She just made our whole home buying experience pleasant. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a house to call their home. You won't be disappointed.
