She knew what I wanted and was looking for, and kept looking even when it felt hopeless She got me in the perfect house, I couldn't have found anything better. We were referred to Joyce by some dear friends who had a great experience with her. We are so grateful for their referral because we are equally happy with our experience. Due to the sheer happenstance of timing, Joyce was scheduled to take a vacation right as we began looking for a home. The market is so tight around here that she continued to help us schedule bookings even while she was away on vacation. She really went above and beyond to make sure that we didn't miss an opportunity, and she was very quick to get us in to any house we were interested in. We ended up submitting an offer on a home with the help of one of her colleagues while she was still away, but upon her return she guided us through the whole inspection / negotiation / closing process. Joyce is the absolute best and I would not Recommend or work with anyone else. She is kind, attentive, and on top of her game. She goes above and beyond what her job requires and does so in such a timely fashion it makes the home buying process that could be so daunting and consuming almost enjoyable! She is an amazing person and amazing at her job!! There was an issue after the closing with the home and she worked in conjunction with the sellers realtor and got the issue taken care of for me immediately. Both were century 21 employees and both were kind, impressive, and professional. I could not be more appreciative of them or their services, It is obvious they are people that take pride in their job and with good reason!

Joyce was very knowledgeable and realistic when listing our home. She walked through and offered suggestions on things that might help it sell quicker or that an appraiser might question. She did professional pictures which really helped with the online ad. It was hectic with all of the showing requests but she would always text us if we missed one. Joyce was always willing to answer questions or offer suggestions even in the evenings and weekends. I would recommend her if you are in the market to sell or purchase a home.

Joyce was very professional and patient. She picked up on my "Style" right away and listed to what was important to us in a home. She recommended several homes that fit my taste. She was not pushy and she didn't try and show us homes outside of our budget which I really appreciated and respected.
