This was my first house purchase and Joyce really put a lot of effort in to making it an excellent experience. If I was confused on anything she fully explained what it meant before continuing. Joyce Craven also went above and beyond and did all she could to be as helpful as possible. I would highly recommend her!

Joyce was great from beginning to end. This was my boyfriend and I's first home purchase and Joyce was extremely helpful throughout the entire process! Joyce is great and is very helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, etc. I felt comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire process! We honestly fell into a lucky pot when we found the house and the agent who had in-depth knowledge of the property. We do not know what we would have done without Joyce’s guidance, experience and support during the process of buying our home. I travel extensively, and had a limited opportunity to be in town and available to coordinate about the home. She made sure she was available for us during the inspection process and kept us abreast of every detail. I do not know what we would have done without her; it was a very smooth process to get us into a home we truly fell in love without any stresses.
