My primary residence is in New York, but I wanted to purchase a retirement home in the Milford area. I was a little nervous because of the distance - Judy Leary-Wagner was recommended to me by family member. I am so glad that I contacted Judy. We met up, Judy asked me what I was looking for in a house, what I was not looking for and within a few months, Judy and I found my new retirement home. Judy never made me feel like I was imposing on her when I texted/called her with a question. Would explain and re-explain something to me as many times as needed until she was absolutely sure I understood the answer. Judy was fantastic throughout the entire process and besides finding/purchasing a new home, I found a new friend in Judy. I would strongly recommend Judy Leary-Wagner to any who wants to purchase/sell a home. Thank you Judy!

Judy was amazing and went out of her way for us throughout the whole process of our house buying experience and got us the best deal possible. We would definitely give her a call again if need be.

I knew Judy to be intelligent, warm and hard working. Judy takes fabulous real estate photos. Judy was professional while also being personable, caring g and warm. I have already recommended Judy to other potential sellers.

In a word Judy is an ANGEL. She is so personable and extremely knowledgeable about home ownership and maintenance. Some agents I’ve worked with in the past gave the impression they cared about the commission and not the client but that is not Judy. She knew I was a single mom with a toddler and made sure to point out safety concerns and building imperfections so that I could find the best fit for our needs. She was so patient and spent so much time with my family while we toured countless homes. She is an incredible negotiator and provided some strategic ideas for making offers. Judy is one of those people that you feel like you have known your whole life and I will happily direct all other prospective buyers to her.

The overall purchase process while working with Judy was very satisfying. She is a hard-working and conscientious person who has demonstrably gone the extra mile for the benefit of her clients. In one purchase opportunity, the seller raised the price of the house after contract terms were agreed and signed by me. This was upsetting, and even points to a vein of shadiness by some individuals in the real estate business. I was very pleased to work with Judy who is honest and of a high ethical standard. I gladly recommend Judy for anyone considering a sale or purchase of property. You can know she will do her best, and be there in every step of the process to make it clear, easy to navigate, and satisfying.
