Judy is excellent as professional and as a person. Knowledgeable in her field and most definitely understands your needs, needs of her client. She was our dual agent at a different times, represented us as buyers at first and sellers just recently. We would most definitely recommend her and only her for our friends and family. Excellent job. As mentioned before our representative did an excellent job. She is excellent. She does everything in interests of her clients and beyond that. Very professional and friendly and we just wished that more people would be like her. Excellent job. Excellent job

Judy Leary-Wagner stood out in my eyes as a great realtor for many reasons. She was incredibly timely and was always able to make a last minute showing of a house. Judy was flexible and able to work with me from across the country during a pandemic!! and continued to stick with it even when the first couple house showings didn’t work out. Glad to have such a great realtor!

She was all that I was looking for in a Broker.. When I text or called her she answered me immediately.. Very helpful in all my needs. Took care of all my concerns. All the Brokers from Century 21 Geba Realty that came were good... I was well pleased with Judy Leary-Wagner performance in all areas on the sale of my house..

Judy played a role in every step of this process. From the beginning, I let her know that I basically needed my hand held and baby steps; and she provided insight and direction every step of the way. Thank you Judy!

Judy was a blessing, she was extremely helpful and friendly, she would go the extra mile and beyond to help us out with every aspect of the sale or any information we needed. She's very knowledgeable and I want to say thank you for everything.

Judy Leary Wagner was very accommodating. We only had weekends to see houses and she helped pack them in. She helped with all our questions about houses, procedures, contracts. She was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to check off all the boxes we required in a house. She ensured everything went smoothly. I would recommend Judy to any of my family or friends looking for a home.
