The house belonged to my 91 year old mother in law. It was critical that we hired someone she trusted and with whom she had a personal connection Judy Leary-Wagner went above and beyond to get as much as possible for a less than desirable property. She understood our situation with mother in law moving to assisted living and with us living 2 hours away. She was patient with all questions and requests. A few times we needed her help at the property (like when the generator unexpectedly turned on and needed to be turned off because it was bothering the neighbors) and she made time in her day to take care of things for us. Again, Ms Leary-Wagner went above and beyond and earned every penny of her commission.

She was very accommodating and responds quick in everything. For me, timely response in questions and assistance matters a lot in purchasing a property. That’s what Judy did. She made sure that the communication was timely and appropriate. Thank you Judy! She is on the dot in everything. Very helpful!!! Professional and polite!!!

We made a very good decision choosing Judy to help us find our home in Pennsylvania. She was very knowledgeable about the area, and helped us find what we were looking for.

Judy was always available when scheduling all appointments. She listened to all input and did not say no to any negotiating we wanted to do and provided excellent guidance. Judy was great in helping communicating with my financial institute for getting the closing done as I was extremely busy with work. She even called Experian when i was having problems unlocking my credit for the bank.

Judy leary Wagner worked very hard to achieve the goal of selling my house and did it without any hardship. She did an excellent job with closing and worked very hard with Bank during the Short Sale. She is a very good real estate agent .

I hereby personally endorse Judy Leary-Wagner as a proffesional and very nice person to do business with.
