It was a very bumpy ride, but Judy got us through it all Judy went out of her way everytime I needed her. She was friendly and understand. She was always available when I needed her which was very important to me. When I had questions she was very knowledgeable.

After meeting with Judy and going to my first house she showed to me, I could tell that she had the expertise I was looking for in the area. She listened to what I needed, and was able to get me to the proper houses with ease. As difficult as a 203K loan can be, she helped with meeting contractors when I could not. She also Worked with my finance person as well. Constant contact and attention to detail is so crucial for customer satisfaction. Judy was referred to my by Zillow I think but, anyway, one phone call with Judy and i would never have dealt with anyone else. Judy is patient, kind, easy to talk to a easy to confide in. Judy knew that I only wanted to live in Matamoras or Westfall. Judy did not wast my time taking to other communities. Judy discussed properties in other communities and their benefits but, never pressured me. Judy had to walk me thru every little step and deadline of the deposits. I felt dumb but, Judy made me feel comfortable and confident. Judy was amazing. I feel that Judy would have walked through fire for me if that was needed for me to buy my home. Judy had to deal with a third party bank, Ocwen, the most notoriously difficult banks in the nation. My attorney, closing agent and bank representative could not even believe that Judy was able to get my house to closing in a timely manner. I felt safe and comfortable telling Judy why I wanted to move and my need for secrecy. Judy was very respectful of me and my situation. Judy is very easy going. She could keep me calm and make me laugh even when I wasn't having the best day. Judy was very willing to look at as many houses as I thought I wanted to see and, in any kind of WEATHER!!!! lol
