When my parents decided it was time to sell there was no question about which agent we would use. They had Judy's business card on the fridge for years and always said it would be Judy when the time came. Judy has been a family friend since childhood so we knew her character and felt that, because of this, she would not lead us astray. Her life-long knowledge of the neighbourhood was important in getting optimal price. Everything happened very quickly, which is what we hoped for. Judy and her assistant, Kayla, were excellent to deal with. Because I was representing my parents, I wanted to be 100% sure that I was doing it properly and had many questions throughout the process...many of them repetitive questions! Judy and Kayla were nothing but accommodating and responded promptly to my questions regarding all of our concerns. Judy was excellent to deal with. She was reachable anytime we needed her help. She was very helpful in guiding us through the sale and what we had to do to prep the house for showing. We fully trusted Judy with the sale and knew that she wouldn't let us down. We've known Judy her whole life and consider her a friend but knew that this would not cloud her judgement on how to deal with the house. She said from the beginning that my parents were the #1 concern and that everything about the sale would revolve around what was in their best interest. Because of this, the house wasn't listed until they were moved out and it sold four days later. From the time that we first spoke with Judy, until it sold, was exactly one month. We couldn't have asked for a better result. We highly recommend Judy and Kayla, they make a great team who take the stress out of selling.

Judy is an obvious choice when it comes to buying or selling your home. She is knowledgeable and very in tune with Saint John and the surrounding area.
