Juli Mahaney

Juli is a gem, knows the answer to buyer/Seller questions before they can even ask. She manages her clients anxiety as if she were mother and was protecting you. We have used Juli for multiple transactions, for us She will be the only realtor we ever use no matter where we are buying or selling. She has more than earned our trust with every interaction.

This was my very first time ever looking at real estate and my first home purchase. Juli was amazing throughout the entire process and made it super fun and easy. I didn't know the first thing about buying a home but she answered every question I had, which was a lot! I greatly appreciate all her time spent with me during the process. I would highly recommend Juli, and will definitely use her again in the future!

Selling a home that your children grew up in is bittersweet to say the least but when we made the decision to sell, it became a business transaction. Juli was right there with me the entire time as I worked through the emotions that come with selling a home you love. Her marketing plan was on target and resulted in offers direclty from the initial open house. It is a beautiful home but it needs work. Juli took the time to understand my timeline and we had truthful solid conversations on what would be needed to achieve those goals. Happy to say we met our goals and more. Juli was 24/7 to help us with the sale. So impressed with the commitment.
