My home sale was a big part of my retirement funds and a big piece of me being successful with my plans during retirement. Julia understood that clearly and made adjustments in strategies to ensure that I received top dollar for my property. Julia was always honest with me and told me what she thought on each showing. We interviewed Julia two months before we were going to put the house on the market. We needed her insights concerning what the typical buyer was looking for. We implemented every recommendation she made (and there was a bunch) and made the house exactly as she recommended. During the time the house was showing, we always received positive feedback on how the house was staged showing off how we loved the home and how we had cared for it.
