The experience with Julia Pulles was a positive one from Beginning to end. She was always kind, professional, And went above and beyond to let me know every detail of the process. I would highly recommend her for her hard work, thoughtfulness, and quick And efficient work ethic. She is extremely detail oriented and I did not have to Worry about a thing as she made everything seamless. I would not hesitate to Recommend her to family and friends for their realty needs.

Julia Pulles is a wonderful woman and very professional. She helped my family and I first rent out and then sell our condo in a timely manner. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

My wife and I have been working with Julia Pulles for several years. The first time we met I was very impressed with her professionalism and knowledge and that whas during a period when rentals were few. After the first rental, we kept working with Julia and the experience was even better: she knows all the details, she honestly worries about what is best for us and give the best advice. It is always easy to reach her and she is quick to respond with the right answer. I have no single reason to look for another realtor. Excellent professional, superb human being.

Julia is an outstanding Real State Broker, goes the extra mile, sharp, dedicated, follows up is perfect, outstanding communicator,...... I could go on and on. I have worked exclusively with Julia for all my real state needs in South Florida. I strongly recommend her... Best real state professional I ever worked with..

Based on our very satisfying history with Julia Pulles, we will never use another real estate agent besides her. Because of her professionalism and friendly service, we would gladly recommend her (without reservation) to anyone we know that is buying or selling property. Frank Pulles' assistance throughout the process was also first-rate. As with Julia, I would happily recommend Frank to anyone buying/selling property.

If there was an Above Excellent or Outstanding rating, Julia and Frank would get that rating. In fact, Super Outstanding is the rating I would give. They are so professional, accessible, approachable, patient, and trustworthy, I am amazed they still have time to attend to their needs and wants. They seem to ALWAYS put others first. I am almost sad I don't have another house to sell in the Miami-Dade area. Frank and Julia were an absolute pleasure to work with, and my husband and I gained trusted friends with Julia and Frank.

My wife and I were relocating to Miami, FL in 2004 and we came across Julia Pulles' name as a real estate broker while searching for a home in the area. The Pulles team (Frank also) were very thoughtful and patient with my wife, two children and myself as they showed us numerous properties to potentially purchase. Julia was able to locate the perfect property in the perfect neighborhood for my family. We owned that property from 2004 until 2016 and consistently relied upon Julia for expertise in real estate marketing. We could not have been more impressed with not only her work ethic, but kindness and the way she treats all people as well. Consequently, we have maintained a close relationship with her throughout these years and it was an obvious choice for us to rely upon Julia to market and sell our property in Miami. She did so both quickly and at the sales price we were looking to obtain. Well done Julia! Julia's professionalism and caring attitude along with her vast experience are EXACTLY what makes her THE PREMIER real estate agent in Florida and among the Top in the Nation! Our overall sales experience with Julia Pulles was Top-Notch!
