Selling my mother's condo while remaining in NY: Juliana has been beyond wonderful in helping me sell my mother's condo. I have been able to stay in NY while she helped me get the unit in FL ready to show. She worked hard to remove things not needed for staging and coordinated between me and painters. She had excellent referrals for services needed to ready the home to sell. She provided continual reports by phone and email and documented the progress with photos. She even found a home for my mother's cat! I trust her 100% and really felt that she had my best interests in mind. During an emotionally difficult time, I found her openess to proceed in a way that was best for me invaluable. Honestly, now that our work is complete, I have to say I will miss her lovely personality and warmth!
