Julie Bolte was a huge help when it came to finding my first home. She put in a lot of time and effort into finding potential houses, and was always willing to do last minute house tours. When it came to putting in an offer, she provided an analysis of how much other houses in the area sold for to show what would be a reasonable offer to place. It definitely helped me feel much better about purchasing my home.

Julie was absolutely amazing. She's always made herself available, was always on time for meetings, very knowledgeable about homes and looking at things I wouldn't have considered, and she put forth her very best effort to get me the very best deal she could. She also put me in touch with someone who made my unique case in getting a loan possible where for a while I didn't think it was going to be so. I would recommend Julie to anyone and everyone.

I am so pleased to have found and worked with Julie Bolte. She is knowledgeable, was always lightning fast to reply to my messages and was very easy to work with. I couldn't be happier with the job she did.

We may not have directly sought Julie out when starting our home search, but we are so glad we ended up working with her. She was always available to talk about our questions and help us navigate the tricky world of real estate. She was able to provide us useful context on every step of the process from asking about neighborhoods to what it takes to get the deed to the house after the deal is done. If you're looking in the Madison area, Julie will help you out!

Julie Bolte was wonderful to work with. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and worked hard to find the right home for us. She was also very responsive - we never felt like we were waiting a while for her to get back to us. She truly cares about her clients. We are very grateful for her guidance and expertise.

We had a great time buying our first home with Julie Bolte! It was a lot more complicated than we thought it would be, but Julie walked us through it all step by step and gave us a really great experience with finding our new home!

Julie was excellent to work with and understood the complexity of the home I was looking for and stuck with me for many months until the right home finally became available to purchase and then she took my direction well and executed my aggressive approach perfectly to insure that I got the home I wanted and that it was under contract within days of my first offer. Super Happy Customer who was able to close and move in within 25 days of seeing the home for the first time. Delighted!
