Julie is honest, driven, and tells it like it is.

Julie was phenomenal to work with during the home search and subsequent buying process.

Pleasure to work with, timely in her responses, knowledge of the area,

Julie was patient as our requests changed over time, and she provided us with showings that were appropriate. After we selected a property Julie worked with us throughout the process to a satisfactory conclusion.

We couldn't be happier with the quick, friendly, professional service we received from Julie Rigsby at Century 21 Aspen Real Estate. I'm an active Texas Realtor, but by no means did I ever even consider trying to sell our second home without a state-licensed professional involved. We thought our property was worth about 30% LESS than what Julie suggested, but we trusted her LOCAL MARKET KNOWLEDGE and had an offer within a few days. Her expert guidance through negotiations, repairs, and a long-distance closing were paramount in us achieving our selling goal in a timely fashion. I look forward to recommending Julie to friends, family, and fellow realtors in the near future.

Julie is a tireless real estate agent. She kept us well informed every step of the way. Julie was very knowledgeable of the market trends in Ruidoso. Not being from the area, her local knowledge was very helpful in making our purchase decision. Julie exceeded our expectations.

Julie Rigsby is the best agent/broker EVER!! She cares!

Julie's knowledge of Ruidoso was invaluable. This was our first purchase of a mountain home so we had many questions. Since she has lived here awhile, her knowledge was extremely helpful. We liked her, enjoyed the interractions and appreciated how helpful and responsive she was to all our questions. She was always patient and professional

Julie did an excellent job of marketing the property and was extremely helpful given that we are not local to the property. We really appreciated her help and involvement.

Julie went above and beyond to accommodate us in our search. She was available, patient, and never hard to reach. Closing was easy and fast. We will use Julie again and would highly recommend her.
