She has extensive knowledge of the South Florida real estate market as well as current housing trends and capital projects planned. She was always very responsive to our requests and would appraise us of her calendar so that we could coordinate appointments with her. Her constant communication made me feel that she valued my time and was sympathetic to the geographic distance between us (which impacted my availability). After signing the sales contract, Julie coordinated the inspection and subsequent follow up by contractors. She worked very well with our bank and responded timely to all their requests.
