Julie came highly recommended by a friend who worked with her at Cressy. Julie was incredibly patient and understanding with us throughout the entire search process. She helped make the sale of our home very easy.

We can't thank Julie enough for everything! She was knowledgeable, professional, and kept her cool when other parties made mistakes, while still fighting hard for us. She is the reason we got this house that we love so much!

Julie was very patient with me and all of my texts and questions throughout the process. She responded in a timely manner and I really appreciate that. Her knowledge and recommendation of using the acceleration clause enabled me to be the "winner" of my dream condo. I am truly grateful! Thanks Julie for everything you've done for me and keep up the good work!

Working with Julie Vest was a great experience, Julie walked me through the entire process which made it easy because I had never bought a home before. Julie was very accommodating when it came to times/days for home tours. We were able to look at several homes before finding the right one. Julie made the house buying experience enjoyable!
