He understood what I was looking for from the start. Always felt like he was keeping my best interest in mind during any negotiations on the purchase of the property. He was very good on communication. Went above and beyond on professionalism.

Justin is the best realtor I've come in contact with thus far. He knew what I was looking for and would not allow me to settle even when I was tired of looking. He was dedicated to helping me find the perfect property that would make me happy and he did just that. Justin's very punctual, transparent, and communicates very well. I would highly recommend Justin to any and everyone I know. Great guy!

Justin helped me buy my first home and he really helped me understand everything I was confused about. He was easy to work and communicate with. Justin was quick with the scheduling of showings I requested and the submitting of my offers. He was able to help me solve all the problems or confusion that occurred during the closing process. I would definitely work with Justin again and highly recommend him.

Justin is professional and very detail oriented. He impressed me with his knowledge of the real estate market and his willingness to communicate and be available for any questions I had. He went above and beyond every step of the way. I would definitely use Justin Dubar again for my real estate needs.

We used Justin when purchasing our first home during Covid in 2020. He showed us so many houses, until we found the perfect one. We decided to use him again when we wanted to upgrade our home to something larger. He was very professional, had several connections and was pretty quick to respond to our questions. We will use him again if we ever need another realtor.

Justin was very professional and responsive to our needs. His personal guidance and support was critical to us being first time homeowners. I would recommend his services to anyone who ask about our experience!! It was a joy to work with Justin. Many thanks!!!!

Excellent work!??
