Kai Chan is an excellent negotiator on behalf of his clients, and will definitely not allow them to be taken advantage of. My buyer was making unreasonable demands for things to be repaired although this was an "as is" sale, and Kai stood up to them, got them to back off, and close the deal. He definitely takes care of his clients, and I can absolutely state that you will be in good hands.

Very professional, trustful, understanding, and respectful individual. I will recommend Kai Chan to my family and friends.
