This was our 5th move in 30 years and Kailor by far stood out as far as working with us answering all our questions promptly. We felt a strong trust in him as he worked for us . We haven't always felt that in the past. It was very frustrating at times looking for the right house and eventually finding the one we are in and that broaden more frustration not with Kailor but the owners. Kailor worked well with Jon from the other company to help us through that whole ordeal too. Bottom line is I look for honesty and ethical standards and high integrity and we found them in Kailor. One example is dealing with the previous owner was not pleasant but although we were all frustrated with his actions , he kept it respectable in how he talked about him where most people can get pretty personal and really not care what they say. Very professional all around.

Kailer was very good to stay in touch with me which I so appreciated since I was 200 miles away. I also appreciated the notes Kailer took, and forwarded to me, during the design meetings. I referred to those notes more than a few times!!

Kailer is excellent!!! He used his market knowledge to price our home and did a fantastic job marketing our home.
