Kailer Riedman was exceptional to work with on the sale of our property. He listened to our expectations and need for communication and delivered on all counts. We had previously worked with another realtor on the same property. Kailer had triple the amount of showings from his excellant marketing skills and immediately communicated the results of the showings to us. I would highly recommend Kailer Riedman for his excellant realtor skills.

Kailer was such a pleasure to work with! He really put the time and work into making sure I understood everything and also making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Buying and selling your home can be incredibly emotional and stressful, and Kailer was great at recognizing that and easing my anxieties. When purchasing my new home, there were some complexities and I honestly don't know if I would have ended up getting the home had Kailer not been my agent. He really made the effort to communicate and work well with the listing agent to make sure all needs were being met. I'm incredibly grateful to him and would absolutely recommend him in the future to friends and family!

Kailer was there with us every step of the way.. Couldn't have asked for a better realtor to help us build our new home. Thank you Kailer for all that you did!!!

Kailer Riedman was fantastic to work with! He was instrumental in making our First-Time Homebuyer process less overwhelming. He was exceptionally personable, professional, transparent and knowledgeable when it came to searching for our First Home. We had to navigate a difficult situation when our first home purchase fell through after we had already gotten our inspection, and Kailer was right by our side giving us the confidence to make the hard decisions. He was always available for questions and house tours (we probably looked at 15-25 different houses) and he never once pressured us to choose a house we didn't love completely. I would absolutely recommend Kailer to anyone looking to buy or sell! We will definitely be working with him again the next time we are in the housing market.

Working with Kailer was a world class experience! Through thick and thin & ups and downs he stuck with us the whole time. It was a long process and a long journey, but he kept the main goal in mind the whole time. He was so knowledgeable and understanding of our needs. He was able to look at different angles and try different options for us to get the perfect house that our family needed. He was amazing!!

Kailer was the ultimate professional during the sale of my house. He communicated regularly and made sure that I was informed on every step of the process. He's got a great personality and a very strong work ethic. I was confident that he was working for me to ensure that I got the best result from the selling process. I really appreciate the way Kailer handled everything - all I had to do was show up and sign the papers. On a scale from 1 to 10, I would rate Kailer a 12. Working with Kailer was the best decision I made for selling my property!

Kailer is a personable individual who I am happy I met through his local listing. He took the time to explain to me the home buying process and how it worked when I initially met him. He took the time to know what I wanted and was looking for and was always a phone call away. I would personally work again with Kailer as I appreciated the service he provided me!

Kailer is an amazing realtor and person. Anyone would be lucky to work with him and I'm almost saddened the process is over.
