Kaita is truly the best for more reasons that one. She made my first home buying experience so smooth and stress free and I am so grateful to have had her by my side. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, resourceful, and genuinely cared about finding the right home for us. She never once made us feel as if we were needy or not important and we felt like she was personable as well. She went above and beyond every step of the way, listened to our needs and made it happen. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. If you are looking for a realtor that is not only skilled but also who truly cares about you then choose Kaita Perez. She was a God- send. Kaita will forever be our realtor and we’ll always recommend her to our friends and family!

Kaita was a gem to work with. Our home fell into a weird gray area that didn't really have comps but she did her best and we were really close to appraisal value of the home. She takes her time going over everything with the seller. I am sure she'd do the same with someone who was buying. She was always responsive and looked out for us in the sell of our home. Negotiations can be painful and she lays out what's in your best interest. She is not pushy, very thoughtful, and overall a really wonderful person to work with. You can't go wrong using her knowledge in the industry.

We had a difficult and unique issue with the sale of our home. Kaita navigated the situation and provided us with guidance at every step. Her resourcefulness and knowledge was greatly appreciated. We worked with her on the purchase of that home and when decided to sell it, there was no question she was who we would use. She encouraged us to look at some homes that I didn't think I would like and I fell in love with one. She knew our must haves and adapted to every comment we had about homes toured. She is the only realtor I will use and I have told everyone how wonderful she was. Thank you again, Kaita

Kaita was the most professional, detailed oriented, trustworthy agent I have ever worked with or around. I had worked over 20 years as an independent home inspector.

I have worked with and around Realtors for nearly 2 years, Kaita was the most efficient, professional and detail oriented agent I have ever known. Top knotch and dedicated.

Kaita was incredible at keeping in close contact, being proactive, and helping me to see the little tedious things to consider when purchasing my first home. She was incredibly patient; even as I may have seemed indecisive at times. She was always able to adapt to my needs and wants as they changed throughout my house search.

If you are considering choosing Kaita in your next home sell/purchase please don't consider otherwise! Kaita is by far the most professional, efficient, knowledgeable, hardworking agent I've ever met. I had her help me with buying my home and selling my home and it's incredible how easy she makes this process, she is willing to go above and beyond for her clients. Thank you so much Kaita!!!!

Kaita is the best. She is helpful and productive, and patient. I recommend her for my friend and family.
