Kaita Perez was excellent in all aspects of my dealings with her. She went far above and beyond what was expected from an agent. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was not the easiest of clients. I had a very limited budget and I lived about 4 hours away from where I was shopping, but she did excellent working with my schedule and budget. She offered many different options to try to accommodate me. Once we found my home, she helped to familiarize me with the area. Kaita was fabulous! She helped to arrange for services like inspections, fence companies, handyman and more. She made sure everything and anything I needed/wanted was taken care of. She over accommodated me! I would definitely use her again and I highly recommend her services. You will definitely be pleased with her!!!

Kaita was excellent form start to finish. Explained how things worked and what to expect. Always was available and checking up on things. A-1 in my books. Would definitely recommend her services and will have her again as my realtor for another purchase or sell
