Kaitlin was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. She made the purchase of our new home seamless. She went above and beyond many times to ensure the conditions of the purchase were met (meeting with appraisers on short notice, home inspection, etc) and ensured all our questions were thoroghly answered.
