Where do we begin! My husband and I are the in-laws to Kaitlyn and we had an impossible house to sell. We had a lot of technical difficulties on our end and definitely didn’t have all of our ducks in a row before selling we lived in this property over 18 years and it’s a 50+ acreage so we acquired some things! Prior to Kaitlyn taking over the sale of the home it was listed for 4-5 months without any offers. Within a month of her taking over the listing it had close to 20 showings and 2 offers.
