Katie is awesome, puts in max effort and knows what she is talking about.

Kaitlyn helped us defy all odds in the sale of our home. Despite the cold month of January and the cold post holiday housing market, Kaitlyn sold our home in less than 2.5 weeks. She was quick to act when a decision needed to be made promptly while giving us plenty of space to figure out what was best for our family and our budget. On top of all that, she had this uncanny ability to listen to our wants and needs on the buying side. Her compassion, patience, and expertise are all 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!

Kaitlyn in my go to realtor. I highly recommend her. Knowledgeable, personable, I truly felt she had my best interest at heart. Thank you!!

Kaitlyn was absolutely AMAZING! This was our first time buying a house and she helped make it incredibly special. She got to know us and our story as a family. She makes me want to buy more houses just so I can deal with her again!

Her knowledge, professionalism and availability was perfect for us, since we were out of state buyers
