Professionalism at its best, not only did Kaitlyn help get us what we wanted but followed up and followed through with everything she said. Also spoke up when we missed something which was very helpful and went above and beyond to get us in our home. She is a definite asset to your company.

Kaitlyn Harvey did a amazing job helping us with our home search and making sure we received what we were paying for and made sure we didn't cut our selves short just because we were eager to move. She did a amazing job At explaining how the whole home buying process works and there isn't anyone else I would've had be my realtor and i have and will recommend kaitlyn Harvey to anyone I know! She did a amazing job and I am blown away by the amount of heart she puts into helping people fufill their dreams!

She was professional, accessible and followed up with homes I had previously viewed. It was her tenacity that put me in the position to be able to purchase this home

Kaitlyn Harvey was amazing to work with! We were moving across the country to Iowa so we needed a lot of communication and trust with our agent and I'm so glad we decided to work with her because she gave us both of those things and more. She was quick to answer any questions we had, did an awesome job showing us homes via photos and videos, and was with us every step of the way to make sure we were taken care of. There was a lot of moving parts to bring our family across the country but she helped make one of our stresses a little less stressful and I can't thank her enough.

Kaitlyn Harvey was an absolute joy to work with, she was extremely knowledgeable about everything you could need to know, and was extremely fast about answering any and all questions you could have about a house or just the buying process in general. I would definitely recommend her to anyone and will definitely contact her if I ever need to buy a house again!

Kaity was referred to me by the company that my employer used to facilitate my relocation to Iowa. My initial meetings with Kaity convinced me to work with her for the long term as we searched for a home to purchase in Iowa. Kaity was always very prompt to our meetings and responsive to our calls, even when she was traveling. She spent a lot of time explaining the market, the documents, the procedures, etc. She was very patient with our endless questions. She showed us homes that had the details we were looking for. She is very personable, warm and friendly. Kaity is a terrific agent! She even gave us a lovely housewarming gift that perfectly matched our home style.

Kaitlyn really came through for me in the end when the other Agent and his Bank of America did not come through. We had a couple deaths in the family so I had a really stressful time. She was very patient with me and helped everything fit together. Very personable and friendly and knowledgeable.
