We are out of state investors who knew the Des Moines area was a great place to invest. Kaitlyn provided us with important local insight that made it easy for us to make the right decision on where to buy. She had excellent communication, came to the table with unique strategies, and shared an active interest in overall our goals. We have purchased 3 homes and sold 1 with Kaitlyn and have been very happy with our ROI. We will continue to use Kaitlyn for future endeavors.

I really enjoyed working with Kaitlyn. As a first time home buyer I had no idea what I was doing/what to expect. She kept us up to date and walked us through the process. It was really easy for us, she did all of the hard work!

Kaitlyn Harvey went above and beyond to obtain the information we needed to purchase our home as well as answering each and every question we had. She truly is an agent who listens to what your needs & wants are and doesn't stop looking until she has found the property that best suits your requirements. Kaitlyn kept us updated frequently and knows how make it less stressful for us. Her fun and positive attitude made her a joy to work with and her honesty was refreshing. We would highly recommend Kaitlyn Harvey to anyone interested in purchasing a home!

Kaitlyn had a great presence on social media and it was clear she has been a great success in the real estate area. We reached out saying we were interviewing agents and she blew us away with her proposal. Her details and plan were ultimately what led us to working with her. Kaitlyn was so great to work with. Buying and selling a home can be so stressful, but we knew that Kaitlyn always had our best interest in mind and fought for us when needed. Kaitlyn was always available for questions and went into as much detail as we wanted. My husband and I are very detailed oriented so we had a lot of questions throughout the process and Kaitlyn was always happy to answer. We would highly recommend Kaitlyn to anyone buying or selling a home!
