Mary-Alice Brown

Mary-Alice was great to work with from start to finish. She gave us excellent advice on pricing and preparing our home, and we were under contract within 24 hours at our full asking price. She kept us informed throughout the process, answered our questions quickly, and handled anything that came up without adding stress for us. We always felt like she had our best interests in mind. We’re extremely happy with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Mary-Alice is the best! She helped us find our first home 11 years ago and again as we were looking for our next home. She was so helpful, responsive and patient with us throughout the process and understanding of our preferences. We love working with Mary-Alice and would absolutely recommend her (and have many times) to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Mary-Alice was an incredible partner to us in our home search. We were moving very quickly, and she jumped in to assist without missing a beat. Decisions were always presented to us clearly, with her thoughts and research to accompany each one, and we always felt like she was on our team. Beyond the technical, Mary-Alice was kind, patient, and made what can be a very overwhelming process feel shockingly straightforward and fun. I can't recommend her enough!
