KAIYA SEEWALD

Cross country moves are never easy, but I'd imagine it would have been a lot harder without Kaiya helping us. Being able to trust someone from 2,000 miles away was really amazing. Kaiya went above and beyond in every sense of the word to make my family comfortable and excited about this move. We are thankful for her and her kindness, compassion, and commitment to us as clients. And, we made a great friend in the process!

My son, wife and I are new to the Seattle real estate market. We wanted to work with a realtor who could educate us about the market, guide us expertly through the unique aspects of the Seattle property market, advocate for us, and be patient with us throughout the process. Kaiya Seewald of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices accomplished all these objectives of ours and more. She was thorough in showing us the range of options in our price range and preferred neighborhoods. She helped us find options that met the requirements for the building we would like to buy a condo in. Throughout the process, she was very responsive, very helpful in every aspect of the purchase process, and incredibly patient and upbeat. We would use her services again anytime, and I highly recommend her to anyone thinking of buying property in the Seattle area.

Kaiya understood our needs and preferences to assist in recommendations and finding our new home. She was there every step of the way to ensure the sales were completed as smoothly as possible. Additionally, her communication is exceptional, I never have to wonder what the next step is and when I should expect a decision or respond. Furthermore, I'm lucky to have worked with Kaiya as I ended up having a friend in real estate that my family and I can trust to work with. Thank you for all that you do!
