Kammie Nguyen

Kammie was excellent! She went above and beyond for our family, getting us a great deal in this high competitive market which is a major plus! She was very detailed with the provided listing houses and seemed to understand our family's needs. She did not waste our time for a second when we only have a short amount of time to view houses. She always responded to phone calls immediately whenever we have questions. She made sure our lender work efficiently and close the deal on time. She ensured the sellers comply to all of our requests. We really appreciate Kammie and her husband to work tirelessly to make sure we have our dream home! Highly recommended to all the potential buyers and sellers! She's the best of the best we had so far! This is not our first property!

Highly recommended Kammie!!! Kammie is very knowledgeable of the housing market, patiently showed me properties until I found the "one" that I liked. She's very professional, communicative in terms of answering any questions, emails, texts, and phone calls days or nights. She would throughly check info, provide correct valid answers and even would go to the extend to check with the city since one of the interested properties is under city's code violations. She is so trust worthy, hard work, and always responded within best turn around time. She won't give false information or push to buy. Kammie knows the market well, gives advices of price range and house conditions. As a result, she helped me bid, and counter-offered to win the property within my budget. I'm super glad and fortunate to have her as my real estate agent or "lucky angel". I feel very comfortable to have her and wouldn't have won the propery without her. I am first time home buyer and would highly recommended Kammie!

We had worked with Kammie previously on another home purchase, and we loved her so much that we came back a second time. She's so responsive, communicative, flexible, highly knowledgeable, timely, organized, and always goes above and beyond for us. During this process, she was readily available at all hours of the day to answer questions, and was very involved from day 1. She made what would otherwise seem like a very tedious and difficult process a very smooth experience. I can't emphasize enough how helpful she was in ensuring that we were happy with every decision and detail, and making sure that we were reaching all of our milestones/deadlines in a timely fashion. My highest recommendations go to Kammie. We are beyond satisfied with our service and our purchase, and appreciate how much you listened to our needs and made sure that we as clients were happy. THANK YOU!
