It is always a pleasure working with Karen Abel. Her deep expertise, adaptability, and prompt communication ensure a seamless and highly professional experience.

Karen was wonderful to work with. We looked at so many homes, in 6 counties, and she never once blinked an eye when we proposed another one to visit. She was always quick to respond via text or call, and was very patient with our family of 6 when looking at homes. We always felt that Karen had our best interest in mind when we asked her opinion or she sent us listings to look at. We couldn't have asked for a better agent to work with. Thank you, Karen!

Wow, so many words to convey the gratitude I have for having the opportunity to work with Karen! Karen is extremely professional, seeks to understand your needs and always available for any questions or concerns you have on purchasing a home. My time and journey with Karen was a bit long in finding the right home, no reflection on Karen at all, it was just my personal circumstances. Karen treated me like I was her family! I had remarkable trust in her guidance in purchasing my home. She not only assisted with helping me find the right home but also educating me on local resources, including utility contacts to have in place immediately . I heard about Karen from my brother & sister in law & son, who all commended Karen & her great work on purchasing their own homes. What a pleasant experience it was to have such a dedicated professional & beautiful caring individual help you with a major life decision. Karen was a true pot of gold at the end of the rainbow in finding a home

Best realtor ever, very helpfu, knowledgeable and responsive.

I worked with Karen on the purchase of a property and had a great experience so I used her services to list my house. Prior to my listing going "live" Karen had mentioned a possible buyer through a colleague. Karen set up a showing and I had a very reasonable offer within 24 hours that I accepted. Through the inspection and appraisal process Karen was very responsive and kept me in the loop. She even managed to move the closing up a week and get me paid quicker! Overall, Highly reccomend Karen Abel at CENTURY 21 Breeden Realtors

Karen is very knowledgeable and does a great job. This was the second time i have used her and both times she has exceeded all expectations. I can't imagine using anyone other than Karen to buy or sell a house.

Karen was on the ball after the moment I spoke to her in regard to showing me properties. She had the inside scoop on what was coming to the market. She showed tremendous patience with us throughout our journey and finally we found the one!

Karen has been my trusted Realtor for over 10 years. Karen has helped me purchase and sell multiple homes. The most recent home purchase is my forever home and I have been beyond thrilled with Karen. She is professional, trustworthy, owns a wealth of knowledge, and communicated throughout the whole process with us. Purchasing a home in this market can feel very overwhelming, but Karen made the entire process so seamless it was a pleasure (as buying a home should be). I will always recommend Karen to my friends and family, because I know they'll be in the best hands possible. Thank you Karen!
