Very professional. Karen was easy to talk to and very friendly. To me this is important.

Karen Haley Colston was very helpful and understanding in the listing and selling of my home. She provided excellent and timely service, explained the entire process completely and made each step effortless. Highly recommend her!

Prior to buying a home Karen was very helpful & answered the questions I had regarding my divorce & the value of my home with my ex husband. She was very professional and kind so I knew when I was looking for a home she would be the one I called. I had high expectations and she exceeded all my expectations!! I would highly recommend Karen to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! She is very professional and knowledgeable and always returned my calls quickly! Karen exceeded all my expectations in every area and I will recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I think Karen Haley Colston did a great job communicating with me kept me aware of all anyone looking at the house ,negotiated on my behalf very well .I definitely would refer Karen to any and all friends and family interested in selling and or buying a house !!!!

Karen has insight into needs, and immediately sees when things are going in a wrong direction. I would say that a part of her job is to educate her clients helping them to understand the whole sales picture. Sometimes, we don't understand what has to happen to enable us to reach our goal. Karen has this ability for both sales and purchasing. I have lived in this house for 55 years. I virtually knew nothing of what it would take to sell our place. Karen even had to encourage me on. It was time for us to downsize, but I was, at one point, reconsidering as to whether to continue or not. Looking back, I can see why she said some of the things she said, and they now make sense. There were times that those involved were not living up to what they were supposed to do, and Karen also has the ability to move them into action. This is very important too. Karen is real, and when you speak, you sense she feels what you are dealing with. Now that this process is done, I look back on it as a good experience that Karen went through with us.

Karen went above and beyond for us every step of the way. This was our first home purchase and we were nervous and had lots of concerns but she had an answer for everything. She is very knowledgeable and very straight forward. Couldn't have been happier with my decision with Karen.

Can’t thank Karen enough for all her help. We had lived in the home 32 years and she was very understanding that it was an emotional time for us. She made sure all aspects went smoothly. We would highly recommend her to sell your home!
