Ms Kelley was professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and super friendly to work with. She took care of everything. I was selling the property from Connecticut and she made the entire process so easy. I can not speak highly enough about her. Strongly recommended!

Karen is very knowledgable of the market and was able to put together a powerful sales prospect for our property, and the right price was identified well above our own expectations. More importantly, she managed effectively the different buyers and made sure they placed their offer timely. We are happily surprised we had 3 buyers with competitive offers and were able to chose the best offer/buyer for us. We had 3 biding offer in 2 weeks and closed in less than a month. Amazing experience !

We loved Karen. She's very knowledgeable. Always tries to make herself available and we had fun. We liked her when we bought the house, that's why we had her sell our house.

Karen was a pleasure to work with and exudes confidence in her field. She helped put us at ease as we prepared to put our house on the market and after the house was on the market as well. Karen was knowledgeable, on point and readily available to answer questions and concerns we had about the home selling process. We highly recommend Karen! gloria flores & Robin Flowers

Karen Kelley was extremely knowledgable about the local housing market in Broward County. She was excellent at pricing, marketing, and quickly selling my house! She walked me through every step of selling my home from staging to contracts to inspections. Great job, Kelley!

Karen Kelley is an excellent agent! She was always accessible via phone, text or email. Karen had real insight on prepping and showing our home in Tamarac Lakes South. As this was the first home we had ever sold, she guided us through the process of selling and closing and made it seem effortless. Even after the sale/closing, she was thoughtful enough to call & make sure everything was going well with us. Karen Kelley is an extremely knowledgeable and personable individual. My husband and I just can't say enough about how fabulous she is as an agent, and a person! We highly recommend her without the slightest reservation.

Karen Kelley makes you feel like family and not just another client!!! She made the process of selling the house so easy. You can ask any question and she will have an answer or will find out the answer. Made you feel comfortable no matter what the question. Karen is the person to have in your corner when buying/selling a home. We have done both and each experience was the best and easiest process, or Karen made it seem that way.
