She also was very conscientious about my extended closing and actually negotiated an extra 2 weeks. Her enthusiasm for her career is very evident and her energy is very contagious.

Karen was extremely professional, attentive and a go getter. Did an awesome job showcasing the house.

Karen made the first time home buying process a breeze! Karen received numerous compliments from our inspector, broker, parents, and even the seller’s agent complimented Karen on her professionalism and attention. We loved working with her!

This was my first time buying a home and i had heard from friends and family that is wasnt going to be an easy process; and it definitely wasn't. However, without Karen's guidance, I don't think i would be living in my home today. she is patient, friendly and persistent. I really felt that she had my back throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my silly questions and made herself available to me at all hours of the day and I'm sure those late might panic calls were annoying, but she answered them anyway. Hands down best experience! I wont be using anyone else and in 10-15 years hopefully, she will be helping me buy my next home.

She made a difference! She was always available! And Karen's team provided excellent service and helped us thru this new process. Which we think our friends and neighbors would benefit from her expertise and professionalism!

Karen Kelley is highly professional, responsive, knowledgeable and a pleasant to work with. She handled my real estate needs expeditiously. Her knowledge of the local market is extensive.

Karen's extensive knowledge of the area and our previous experience with her were both critical factors in our choice of her as our realtor. We set a sales record for our previous neighborhood and tied a sales record for our current neighborhood. You certainly cannot argue with those results. Also, Karen is professional, available, and a calming force in an otherwise anxiety-ridden process. Karen's positivity and enthusiasm for her profession is admirable and makes the entire experience more pleasurable. Karen's consultative approach also ensured that we did not feel alone during the negotiations or the process in general.

Karen Kelly is a person who you can trust, excellent person, very professional,

Karen Kelly has an excellent reputation in my community which is why I chose her as my agent. She definitely lived up to her reputation. She was attentive, listened to my needs, and worked hard to find the right home for me. As a first time home buyer, the experience can be a little intimidating. Karen Kelly did an excellent job preparing me for the process and what to expect. She gave great guidance throughout all aspects of the home buying experience. Most importantly, she kept me sane! She is an amazing agent. Knowledgeable, patient, a great communicator, and an aggressive advocate for her clients. She goes the extra mile to ensure the house buying journey stays on track and that her clients expectations are exceeded. I would highly recommend using Karen Kelly to help you find your dream home!

Karen is a fantastic realtor. I would recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling. Able to give guidance/recommendations to help sell your property. She is truly a wonderful caring person which is evident in the way she treats her clients. Love her....
