Karen made our house search and sale less stressful. Moving from California is stressful enough, searching for homes in Oahu while we were away, during the pandemic, made it worse. Karen to the rescue! Karen regularly sent us listings of homes tailored to our taste and budget. She organized virtual open houses. She is an expert in the different neighborhoods. She is honest and provided us the "downlow" on properties we see. She provided a time table and instructions making the whole escrow process simple and enjoyable. We love Karen. She will definitely be our go to realtor now!

We cannot say enough about the outstanding service Karen provided in buying our dream retirement home. It was all done remotely and Karen was phenomenal in making us feel a part of the process even from afar. She was responsive, always kept us up to date and as thorough as can be. Definitely the BEST agent we have ever worked with. Mahalo to you all.

Karen was great, very patient and attentive. We were lucky to have her in our corner. Her dedication to her clients is impeccable. Thanks again.

As a first time home buyer, Karen’s knowledge was very important for us to understand the process. She knew the answer to every question and explained in great detail to us so we understood it. She was also very easy to contact when we needed her. Her guidance and recommendations were great! Karen make the entire process painless and quick!

Karen made the whole process very simple. She was organized and vigilant of deadlines. On top of that, she was very knowledgeable and helped to navigate the process for a first-time home buyer. Her local knowledge helped to highlight all of the areas I was interested in, despite the crowded market we were able to move quickly on the properties that mattered. Her amicable personality helped us to gain trust and move conversation quickly with local realtors. As we went through the process, she seemed to be one step ahead of all of our deadlines. It was extremely helpful to have her diligence in the transaction, it made me feel comfortable around our capability to be on track with all deadlines. I always felt safe with her strategy in moving to close. There were a number of times where leaning on her experience really made the difference. I really enjoyed working with Karen and would highly recommend her to any home buyer, new or seasoned.

I found Karen to be wonderful to work with, always timely, professional, and a good communicator with a positive attitude.

Karen was absolutely awesome!

Karen Lar Rieu is bright, articulate and especially hard working. She genuinely cares about her clients and helping them achieve their goals with minimal disruptions. She is a great agent, but more importantly, she became a friend through our transactions.

She is an excellent, well informed and responsive realtor.

I have purchased over 20 homes in my lifetime and have never before had such a seamless experience as I did with Karen Lar Rieu. She was there for us every step of the way from our first contact until the closing and even after that. She is honestly the best realtor that I have ever dealt with. Tremendous person as well!
