Karen was an excellent communicator. She responded quickly to our questions and concerns throughout the selling process. Additionally, she provided excellent guidance on how to make our house show well, both for the MLS photos and the open houses. This was important since we were living in the house during the selling process. Finally, Karen worked well with the buyer's realtor.
