Karen and Todd are genuine honest good people that I can trust and they are very knowledgeable in this business and in this area, they also go out of their way to do extra things to help. This is our 3rd time doing business with them and if I need to do another real estate transaction in the future they will definitely be my first choice!

Karen & Todd's knowledge of local areas is amazing and that was important. They were willing to help with anything and at times made us feel like we were their only client when we knew they had many! Karen was very patient & helpful throughout the whole process and knew they were only a phone call away

This is the second time I have had the pleasure of working with Team Myatt and similar to the first they helped us through every step of the process. I feel they go above and beyond what I expect from an agent and I can't imagine going through the process without them.

We were able to put up our house for sale and have it closed in less than a few weeks with Todd and Karen Myatt. What more could you ask for. They worked with our dates and our needs and found the perfect buyer to allow us to move out on our preferred date. They kept us up-to-date with all the bargaining and advised us successfully. We have much respect for them and for the way they do business! Excellent real estate agents they are!

It was very easy to work with Karen, she took the time to understand our needs, likes and dislikes, she was always in control and professional. I have dealt with a lot of Realtors in the passed but Karen is number one in my book, she is a great asset to your organization. I highly recommend Karen to any one wanting to purchase a home. There is nothing negative about Karen she is a pleasure to work with. Karen's dedication to her job gave us peace of mind knowing that she would do her best to find the house that we where looking for.

Karen &Todd Myatt did very good well ,they help my house sold fast that very slow sell in my area, i will strong recommend them-to my friend, thanks them so much.

They went above and beyond what we would expect. We would recommend them to anyone (highly) Karen Myatt was fabulous!
