Kari put together an excellent marketing plan hitting many platforms at once. She was professional, stayed on top of communication, worked to bring in good offers and closed the sale close to asking. She was optimistic, knowledgeable and followed through. When our first deal had fallen through Kari took the time to listen to my irritation without judgement; made a new plan to send out another marketing push and a couple months later we closed higher than the previous offer.

Kari is awesome! We would not use anyone else. Kari goes above and beyond in all aspects. We would highly recommend her! She's the best!!!

We choose Kari King specifically for her successful sales record, history of lovely representation of her listings, and her prominent presence in the community. Kari is also kind and relatable, diligent and professional. It was an absolute pleasure working with Kari on this sale, which she successfully negotiated well above asking price. Basically, Kari is a miracle worker.

Kari did an excellent job of promoting our home resulting in multiple showings. She guided us on what to do to improve the showings and drive interest in the home. She is very knowledgeable, without the arrogance that many realtors have.

True professional yet felt like dealing with an old friend! Great person and exceptional experience.
