Karyn was very approachable and knowledgeable. We needed to get a lower commission on the sale due to what we owed. She worked very hard for us and got the deal done! It was fast, easy and she never let us down. The photos were beautiful on the property and she listened to our needs. We felt no matter what happened with the buyers, she had our back and wasn't bowing down to them.
