Karyn Nelsen utilizes technology (on line documents delivery and signatures, text updates on showings, etc.) which does a quick and efficient job of keeping everyone updated and the process moving. Her commission/fee is significatly less than the average/typical fee.... saved me around $10,000! She also helped me find my new home showing me several possibilities with notes, data, features on each them (for comparison). I recomend Karyn Nelsen if your selling your home or in the market to purchase a new home.
