Karyn is perhaps the best real estate agent that I have ever had. She is very caring , displays an incredible ability to listen which is something that is a forgotten courtesy in the Arizona real estate world. She is quite talented in her knowledge of contracts and real estate law. She is ALWAYS there for you. If you call her and she is not available she will always get back with you ASAP. She protects her clients and is one of the nicest , down to earth persons that anyone could ask for. I can't say enough about Karyn and her incredible attributes. I would never use another agent but Karyn if I ever buy or sell in AZ again. Karyn made a perfect sale . One of the best !
