Having Karyn sell our house was a great experience- it was pretty painless. Because she uses a reduced commission practice, we were able to sell our house on the first day (saw the house on the first day and gave us a great offer). She has a fabulous process and knows what to do to close a house. A few months prior we listed our house with a traditional 6% realtor and after a rough month of many showings and no offers, we took our house off of the market and waited until summer. She sold the house in one day and we ended up with more money in our pocket than we would have using the traditional 6% realtor. Her choice of a title company was also fantastic. She is very professional and we would highly recommend her!!! We are so thankful that we were recommended her from a co-worker ourselves!
