Karyn was great saved me $5000 on $179,900 house $4500 in commission and then because she was attentive and knowledgeable of my specific contract she saved me another $500 when they tried to charge me for the appraisal because I had agreed to pay 3% in closing cost but my contract said they would pay for the appraisal. Thank you Karyn! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I can move on to something else $5000 richer! I can’t say enough about her and her team, and her subcontractors, you know exactly what you’re paying for you don’t pay for it as a percentage of the overall sale. Would right tons more but doing this on my phone. Planning to use her when selling my $340,000 house in a few months for a quick sale and to save $8500 a selling any other way is CRAZY! I guess I could add I was a little hesitant since Karyn and her team are two hours away but then I found out she has one close to me who did an awesome job and I communicated with her the way I do the broker I typically use, Phone, text, and email now I didn’t get that $10-$20 meal, That I might have been treated too if we had met in person, when they are trying to sway you there a way to pay them 500% more but I saved $5000! Woohoo!!! I will use Karyn on every future sale! I tell everyone I talk to you if I don’t sell in a house or waiting to get a sitter selling a house to use Karyn and I don’t typically do that because I’m afraid that I might have great service but they may have lousy service when dealing with people that I typically use.
